Considering the number of cities in the other French regions (see all lists of French cities), there is probably something wrong with my main stats provider. Some Corsicans may answer the great and beautiful island where Pasquale di Paoli grew up is not so French.
After all, that stat provider recently gave in to Flemmish independentists: the "Bruxelles" region became "Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest" (they even write "Dunkirk" for Dunkerque!).
